What to expect from the service
What areas do we cover?
At the moment we cover the Tees Valley area,
inclusive of Billingham, Stockton, Thornaby, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Darlington and Hartlepool. We also cover parts of County Durham.
What do our prices start from?
- Initial Consultation £25 (fixed fee)
- Partial Service starts at £50 for events and £100 for weddings
- Full Service starts at £120 for events
and £200 for weddings

Initial Consultation
In the consultation we'll discuss any questions
you have regarding your event, and if you would like our services, go on to discuss which package would benefit you the most.
Partial Service

path to a successful event
Full Service
for those who:
need professional, guided assistance during
the whole planning process
logistical support and planned check-ins
to ensure your event fits your vision
would like help with budgeting your day,
building a timeline of events
and booking your chosen vendors.
What's included in the packages?
- Initial: 60-90 minute consultation to discuss the upcoming event, including idea
development, venue and vendor selection, budget management and more.
- Partial Service: Initial consultation and
availability for other assistance with specific aspects.
- Full Service: Initial consultation and availability for support throughout the duration of the planning process. To liaise with vendors on
clients behalf for booking and scheduling,
input to day-of management before handing over the venue's event management team.
